For the visual identity of the TV show “Solo Jazz”, I had to travel back in time when jazz was a revolutionary genre in the music industry, and look for visual references to go back to basics and adapt it to a current style.
From the combination of vibrant colors to the two-tone sobriety, through fonts with all kinds of personality and the use of instruments typical of the genre as an essential visual element.
Jazz is characterized by improvisation and rhythmic complexity, so i used stop motion to give a sense of rhythmic movement to the visual elements in accordance with the music.
